Adele Jergens was crowned Miss World Fairest at the New York World Fair in 1939. She is one of the most famous and recognisable actresses in America. In 1998, she appeared on the cover of her debut magazine Marie Claire Brazil became a Victoria's Secret Angel by 1999, and in 2000 she had the first Vogue cover.
