 Milana Aleksandrovna Vayntrub - American comedian, actress and activist She was born in the Soviet Union to Jewish parents and started her career as an actor as a child just after moving to the United States. Her most well-known work is her appearances on AT&T television commercials. In these commercials, Lily Adams (2013 to 2016) and in 2020 (since 2020 (since). In addition to commercial appearances, she also appeared as a series regular on the Yahoo! Screen science-fiction show Other Space (2015). She was also a regular role in the NBC drama This Is Us 2016-2017. Vayntrub was originally chosen to play the character Squirrel Girls in Marvel Rising's unaired pilot for New Warriors in 2018, was voiced in that role since. Vayntrub was Jewish and born in Tashkent in the Uzbek Soviet Socialist Republic. Her parents and her left antisemitism at two years old. They emigrated to the U.S. with their children. However, she dropped out of her sophomore year and obtained the GED. Then she was able to earn the Bachelor of Arts Degree in Communication from University of California San Diego. She studied improv with the Upright Citizens Brigade.
