 Nathan John Feuerstein, born March 30, 1991, is a popular American musician and rapper. He is known as his initials NF, that can be written as in the form of IF. Two EPs were released, I'm FREE (2012) [3] as well as an EP with a self-titled title by Capitol CMG in 2014. The first album by a major label, Mansion, was released on March 31, 2015. The second studio album, Therapy Session (April 22, 2016) was a top-selling album at 12 on the US Billboard 200. The albums have garnered numerous distinctions, which include the Gospel Music Association Dove Award for Rap/Hip Hop Album of the Year (Therapy Session).NF gained mainstream recognition in 2017 with Perception. the album reached the top spot in the United States and was certified platinum. The album's third single, "Let You Down", reached number twelve on the U.S. Billboard Hot 100 topped the international charts and was a top ten charting hit. The same commercial success was achieved in his follow-up album The Search (2019). Feuerstein stated that rap was a method to escape from his youth. He would record songs using a karaoke device, recording both instrumentals and his raps using one microphone. Feuerstein is his real name, dropped Moments the debut studio album, on November 29, 2010. The first single he released was, "Alone", on August 2nd, 2011. Brooke Griffith and Tommee Profitt were the track's producers and songwriters. Xist Music discovered Feuerstein's work in 2012 and became fascinated by his music. His first extended play, I'm Free came out on May 2, 2012 by Feuerstein with the production help of Profitt. The playlist included nine tracks that included "Alone". The album featured an exclusive version with Sean Simmonds, the singer of "Alone". Xist had announced the release of the self-titled extended play, NF, but Feuerstein broke up with the label in the wake of disagreements, and the production of NF was delayed. However, NF featured a song, "Only One", featuring Shuree Williams, on the compilation album of the label, Move Vol 1. The singer released a single, "Beautiful Addiction", on the 4th of November, 2013. Profitt also made an appearance on the song. The track included vocals by Danielle Swift and Brady Schmitz.
